We had a great stay at Raj’s place! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Raj was a fantastic host, very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The accommodations made our trip smooth and enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again. Edward and everyone were great hosts! It was a great location and very walkable. Felt safe every time I went out. Parking was simple and easy, just print out your parking pass before hand. Would recommend and would come back here 10/10 times when I come back to DC!

Edward’s place was truly a gem. I was in town supporting family during a difficult time, as a loved one had been placed on hospice. His home offered exactly what I needed. It was peaceful, immaculate, and a place where I could rest and reflect. Edward was very responsive throughout my stay and communicated in such a warm way that it almost felt like I already knew him. The home is also in a great location. It is within walking distance of several restaurants and just a short drive to many tourist attractions. One of the most special touches was the record player and the vinyl collection. My father’s favorite artist was Sam Cooke, so walking in and hearing that music felt incredibly meaningful. My dad passed away ten years ago, and in that moment it felt like a quiet reminder that everything was going to be alright. The soaking tub was also a wonderful addition after long emotional days. Great location -- 15-20 minute walk from Union Station or NOMA Metro stops. Whole Foods and restaurants/bars on H Street, and Union Station Marketplace all within walking distance. Nicely equipped kitchen. Comfy living room to visit with family. Having three bedrooms was wonderful.

We enjoyed having easy access to several places, including the Smithsonian. There was plenty of space for our family, which includes 5 kiddos. We were out and about most of the time, but street parking right in front of the home was never an issue, though there was a private parking space available. We took advantage of eating out with family friends so we didn't need to cook, but the kitchen was well located and stocked, and most importantly-clean. We did put a bag of snacks in the refrigerator which was spotless.

Really enjoyable stay for our family of 5 over the holidays. Spacious kitchen and fridge for cooking and entertaining. Loved the private parking and proximity to grocery stores, along with things to do. Super walkable neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.
