Hosting parties or events is prohibited. Any violation will incur a $1,000 fee. Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. No loud noise after 10 PM. Check-Out: Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $100 per hour fee. Bathroom Etiquette: In shared use situations, please flush multiple times during bowel movements to minimize odor in this small space. Safety & Security: Always test the door when leaving to ensure it is securely locked. Electronics & Entertainment: Please avoid using electrical converters from other countries whenever possible. Standard chargers, USB, and micro USB cords are widely available if needed. Smart TV apps like Disney Plus, Peacock, and YouTube are ready for your use. Keep windows closed and take out trash daily to prevent flies and roaches. Appliance Use: Fireplace: Do not use the heat function while the AC is on, as it consumes too much electricity. Stove: To use the burners, turn up the left two burners to level 4 to ignite, then adjust down as needed. Only the left two burners are functional; the right side is out of order. The stovetop remains hot due to the everlasting flame underneath. Complimentary Spices: Basic fridge items for you to use up and cook with, no left overs, more so keeping the cooking tenant in mind. Free Snacks: Free snacks and drinks/hydration waters in the storage. Check-Out Procedure: 1. Before checking out, please turn off all lights and the AC and place all remotes in the coffee table remote holder. 2. Remove towels and used linens from the bed and place them in a pile inside the shower. Sheets and pillowcases only need to be removed; keep any quilted mattress covers on. 3. Please break down any convertible tables, beach chairs, wagons, or beach umbrellas and return them to their original places. 4. Wash all dishes and put them back in the cupboards, including any appliances used. If you used the air fryer, wipe down the inside with brown paper towels and leave them in the drawer.
