A violation of House rules will result in eviction without a refund and include applicable fees associated No Smoking: No smoking inside/outside the property to keep it fresh and clean. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, including marijuana, cigarettes, and vaping. If a violation of this rule occurs a fee of $500 will be charged. Pets: Not allowed, unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $250 No Parties or Events: Please respect our neighbors and avoid hosting any parties or events. IF the NO party rule is violated there will be a charge of $1,000. Quiet Hours: To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM in all common areas and inside the unit. We kindly ask that TV and music volumes be kept at a reasonable level at all times. Trash & Cleanliness As this is a shared space guest must clean up the common area after using as well as wash any dishes used directly after use. Please do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper (no wipes of any kind) Please note that unauthorized Early check in/late check-outs will incur a fee of $100 per hour. Unauthorized guests/pets: $100 per unauthorized guest $250 per unauthorized pet Guests are expected to wash dishes, collect excess trash (dispose of in outdoor bins).
