A violation of House rules will result in eviction without a refund and include applicable fees associated No Smoking: No smoking inside/outside the property to keep it fresh and clean. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, including marijuana, cigarettes, and vaping. If a violation of this rule occurs a fee of $500 will be charged. Pets allowed for a $150 fee. No Parties or Events: Please respect our neighbors and avoid hosting any parties or events. IF the NO party rule is violated there will be a charge of $1,000. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in all common areas and inside the unit. We kindly ask that TV and music volumes be kept at a reasonable level at all times. Please avoid loud conversations on balconies or in hallways, especially late at night. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Trash & Cleanliness Please dispose of all trash properly in the designated bins.
