★★★ House Rules★★★ Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and your fellow guest. A violation of House rules will result in eviction without a refund and include applicable fees associated No Smoking: No smoking inside/outside the property to keep it fresh and clean. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, including marijuana, cigarettes, and vaping. If a violation of this rule occurs a fee of $500 will be charged. Pets allowed for a $150 fee. No Parties or Events: Please respect our neighbors and avoid hosting any parties or events. IF the NO party rule is violated there will be a charge of $1,000. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood — excessive noise or traffic will result in reports to local authorities. No amplified music at any time. Please maintain quiet hours from 10 PM–8 AM. Quiet rules are strict. Fireplace Use – Fireplaces are ornamental only and not for use. Please note that unauthorized Early check in/late check-outs will incur a fee of $100 per hour. Place all household trash in bags and dispose in the outdoor trash can. Unauthorized guests/pets: $100 per unauthorized guest $250 per unauthorized pet Guests are expected to wash dishes, collect excess trash (dispose of in outdoor bins), hang wet towels, and return furniture to its original location.
