Guests will have exclusive access to the entire upstairs unit during their stay. Please note that the basement may be occupied by other guests. Backyard: The backyard is pretty large. You’re welcome to use it. It’s a peaceful space to grab some fresh air (outdoor furniture will be an option soon) the steps or grass box are the only options for sitting outside at the moment. The area is fenced 3/4 of the way around for added privacy from neighbors. The backyard is a shared space for all guests.
